The authors present a measurement protocol for using single spin associated with nitrogen-vacancy center in diamond as heterodyne detector near-resonant fields which enables signal reconstruction nanoscale spatial resolution. technique has potential applications electron-spin detection and nanocircuitry quantum technologies.
